Whose ～が文の主語の時は「主語＋動詞」の語順のままでよい.

You borrowed whose umbrella. （君は「誰の傘」を借りた）が疑問文になって Did you borrow whose umbrella? さらに whose umbrella が文頭に出て Whose umbrella did you borrow? となる.

前にある「人または物を表す語（名詞）」を修飾しゅうしょくする関係代名詞用法. この場合の whose はふつう日本語には訳さない. 関係代名詞の詳くわしい説明については that代❹

前の語につけ足しの説明をする関係代名詞用法. ふつう whose の前にコンマをつける.

あの少年は, 髪の毛の赤い少年ですが, 私の兄[弟]です.
